1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Verification: We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated immediately without refund.
2. User Conduct & Content Standards
As a platform for dating and live streaming, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Illegal Acts: Promoting illegal activities or substances.
Harassment: Bulling, stalking, or "doxxing" other users.
Non-Consensual Content: Sharing private photos or videos of others without express permission.
Commercial Use: Using Camzy for external advertising or "spamming" without our written consent.
Streaming Rules: While live, you may not broadcast graphic violence, self-harm, or hate speech.
3. Virtual Goods and Currency
Camzy may offer virtual "Coins" or "Gifts" for use within the app.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable unless required by local law.
No Cash Value: Virtual items do not constitute property and cannot be exchanged for "real-world" money outside of our official creator payout programs.
Revocation: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and eliminate virtual goods at our discretion.
4. Subscription and Payments
Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a premium subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings or app store.
Price Changes: We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you by Camzy cease immediately.

Interactions (offline or online) between users.
Loss of data or profits.
Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All logos, designs, and software are the property of Camzy.
Your Content: By posting or streaming on Camzy, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and reproduce that content for the operation of the service.
8. Governing Law
